This Globe light up in vivid colors, often revealing additional geographic details not visible in standard globes. It also make good night lights. The fixture is specially designed to turn independently of the globe so that the globe can spin without twisting the cord. The electrical cord uses a standard 110 Volts plug and hangs loose from the bottom of the globe. Attached to the electrical cord is an inline dial type switch that allows you to turn the illumination on or off. This Globe is available in 12 inch and 14 inch diameters.
